We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can. The following applies to any other of our DVDs and online DVDs except for our Online Krav Maga Video DVD and The Complete Street Fighter DVDs. These are yours to keep, and we offer a refund only on the shipping and handling charges for your complete satisfaction.
All other DVD/online DVD access sales are final, outside of any specific guarantees on the individual product websites. No returns or refunds are offered AFTER you receive your DVD(s).
DVD pre-orders may be cancelled (prior to you receiving your DVDs) and you will be receive a complete refund of the original purchase price paid, including any shipping charges also paid.
Since DVDs and/or videos can be copied, there are no refunds on DVD’s and/or videos. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the EXACT same DVD. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
If you have modified the DVD in any way, it is no longer returnable for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, writing on the product or labeling the product or any alterations to the product or labels on the product.
If you need to exchange a DVD, please email email@example.com for a return authorization (RA) prior to exchanging a product. When obtaining a RA, we need the following information: Your name, telephone number along with the area code and the DVD production you are in need of exchanging, as well as the original method you used to order / pay for your DVD (i.e. our website, at a show, in studio, etc.).
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, after you receive your DVDs. There is no exception to this policy.

DVD orders may be cancelled and a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping charges issued IF you have not yet received your DVD(s). During this time, pre-orders are taken by way of our on site presence at shows as well as on our website. If you pre-order DVD(s) and wish to cancel your order anytime prior to the release of the DVD(s) and subsequently receiving your DVD(s), you may cancel for a full refund of the original price paid, including any shipping charges. This policy does not include productions which have been completed and released, meaning product is readily available for shipping. If you order a DVD from any previous production, and wish to cancel your order, you may only do so if we have not yet shipped your order and you inform us before your order is shipped.
